The entire staff is kind, generous, great with children of all ages, and literally leave a smile on your face. My 10 year old daughter (who is writing this with me right now) said that sentence. She loves it there. You're going to pay a large amount for orthodontic work anywhere you go, and in this case they make it worth every cent. You'll agree to a price up front and their won't be haggling nor will that price change/increase over time no matter how much work is involved with your particular case (within reason). I went into this endeavor skeptical of the ROI, but now my whole family goes there.
